Love Island winners Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea have reportedly split.

It was Greg & Amber who won love Island 2019 in July night beating Tommy Fury & Molly-Mae Hague into second place. Ovie Soko & India Reynolds finished third with Curtis Pritchard & Maura Higgins fourth in the live final.

The pair had only been together for two weeks after being crowned the champions and it seems as though the relationship hasn’t lasted outside the villa.

It’s been alleged that Greg dumped Amber by text, leaving her “devastated”.

A source claimed to The Sun newspaper: “Greg has broken up with Amber and is blaming their busy schedules and now they want to focus on their careers.”

An insider added: “She thought he was a lovely guy, but he’s made his feelings clear over text, which isn’t very sensitive. She had a feeling he was going to make decision to end things but only because she’d been hearing things.

“He hadn’t the decency to tell her himself until she confronted the issue.”

Amber and Greg become the fastest ever winners to part ways and the third couple from the 2019 year’s show to call it quits.

Anton Danyluk and Belle Hassan split this week while Chris Taylor and Harley Brash became the first to go their separate ways outside the villa last month.

As winners of the show in July, Greg & Amber played for the £50,000 which was initially won by Greg.

He had the option to steal the lot or share, opting to split it with Amber.

Speaking about their plans for the prize money previously, Greg said: “[I’m going to buy] a little treat here and there and probably invest the rest. I know that sounds boring, but that’s probably the smartest thing to do.”

Amber added to the Daily Mail newspaper: “I’ll probably get one designer item and then save the rest.”

Recently revealed Love Island voting figures showed that Greg & Amber won the show with a massive 49% of the vote in the live final, with Tommy and Molly-Mae receiving just over 26% as runners up.
