Love Island 2019: Amber and Michael try to resolve their differences

Amber and Michael chat.

Amber Gill and Michael Griffiths try to resolve their differences on Love Island 2019 tonight.

Yesterday saw Michael saved by the Islanders in an elimination vote that saw Joanna Chimonides leave the villa.

Following the dumping and fall out, Michael pulled former partner Amber for a brief chat and closed off any chance of a romance between them.

However the tense conversation didn't last too long and prompted anger from Amber over the way he spoke to her.

In tonight's show, Michael is keen to have a chat with her after last night’s events.

Amber and Michael head to the lounge and Michael says: “When I came over and told you to sit down, it was because you had been wearing heels all night and I didn’t want you to walk anywhere else.

"I am apologising if it came across in a bad way.”

Amber replies: “I just think you really need to think about the way you speak to me, because it comes across really badly.”

She adds: “I knew you before and you never spoke to me in a way that made me feel upset.”

Michael responds: “I don’t actually want to hurt you and I never have. Right now, it seems that I take all of my frustration out on you.”

Can Amber and Michael settle their differences?

Elsewhere in tonight's episode, the villa welcomes three brand new Islanders as Harley Brash, India Reynolds and Greg O'Shea make an entrance.

They each get the chance to date one of the current Islanders but who will they pick?

Love Island 2019 airs tonight at 9PM on ITV2.

The current series is scheduled to conclude on Monday, July 29.
