Laura and Paul’s relationship goes from strength to strength when they leave the villa on an epic date, a romantic dinner for two with a sunset backdrop.

A text arrives telling Laura and Paul to prepare for the evening ahead: “Laura and Paul, it’s time for your final date, please get ready to leave the villa #betterlatethannever #kissmebabyonemoretime”

As they arrive at their picturesque date setting, Paul declares: “This is hands down the most beautiful setting for a date.”

When Paul asks Laura if she thinks she has finally found what she was looking for, after two near misses with Wes and new Jack, she proclaims: “I did the right thing for myself because I am so picky with who I date. I wanted to be out of my comfort zone and try something new. Wes is 20, Jack was 22. I tried. Obviously I was sad when it ended at the time.

“Now I just think ‘it wasn’t right.’ I just thought my time was up. I just didn’t expect to have another chance. You are my type. Looks wise, everything about you is what I would usually go for. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever been with someone that’s so stable and reliable. I know that sounds a bit boring and you’re totally not boring but that’s what I want.”

Paul then seizes a moment to tell Laura where his head is at, before telling her he feels they’re ready to put a label on things: “Getting to know you more and more I’ve realised we are compatible, we get each other’s jokes, we understand each other.

“I had no idea and I didn’t know what I was walking into, and meeting you, every day I was like ‘wow, we are compatible’ more and more each day. We’ve got to that stage where we have been dating, we’re sleeping in the same bed every night.

“Essentially we are exclusive. It would be nice to continue this and to progress this afterwards. I want to. It would just be nice to know you want to.”

Laura is unhesitant in her response: “Of course I do. I am so happy you’re there.”
