Tonight's The Voice 2019 auditions preview

Here are all the pictures from the third round of blind auditions on The Voice 2019 UK tonight.

This evening sees Week 3 of series eight of The Voice UK which continues on its brand new home on ITV.

The search for a new vocal superstar continues with global music legends, Jennifer Hudson, Sir Tom Jones and Olly Murs still on their quest to uncover the best vocal talent that Britain has to offer, with this year’s winner scooping a life changing record contract with Polydor Records.

After the first two weeks, Team Tom has four acts on his team while Team Jennifer and Team Olly have three apiece.

Team is lagging behind with only two singers so far, as the Black Eyed Peas singer once again proves extra picky.

Each coach needs 10 acts for the next stages - the battle rounds - and will be seen fighting over the best acts once more this evening.

Acts heading before the coaches include Luke Swatman, a 35-year-old from Worcester who sings 'Il Mare Calmo Della Sera’ by Andrea Bocelli, and Sarah Tucker, a 34-year-old from Essex who belts out ‘In My Blood’ by Shawn Mendes.

We also meet 27-year-old from Liverpool Christina Ellinas plus the latest trio to audition, Nxt Gen made up of Cian, Sonny and Joel, all aged 21.

There's also Harrisen Larner-Main, a 26-year-old from Weston Super Mare, Jimmy Balito, a 23-year-old from Sussex, Holly Lefevre, 23 from Essex and 17-year-old Lauz, also from Essex.

As always, the coaches will decide whether or not to spin based only on what they hear as they sit with their backs to the stage.

Each of the contestants who step out on stage must hold their nerve as the perform in the hope of seeing at least one chair spins round.

But if no coaches turn then the contestant leaves the stage immediately as the coaches remain with their backs to the stage, never seeing who performed.

The Voice 2019 starts at 8PM tonight, Saturday January 19 on ITV.
