When does I'm A Celebrity start this year?

The I'm A Celebrity 2018 launch date has now been officially confirmed by ITV.

The show's air date has been announced for Sunday, November 18 at 9PM.

The series will then continue nightly at 9PM throughout the week as usual.

A list of I'm A Celebrity 2018 contestants has now been officially confirmed.

It includes EastEnders actor Rita Simons, TV presenter Nick Knowles, The Inbetweeners star Emily Atack, X Factor's Fleur East and actor John Barrowman.

Joining them are The Vamps singer James McVey, The Chase's 'The Governess' Anne Hegerty, Football manager Harry Redknapp, Coronation Street's Sair Khan and Hollyoaks actor Malique Thompson-Dwyer.

However at least two further names are expected to join them shortly after launch night.

Plus, Jack Maynard says he wants to return to I'm A Celebrity to "prove himself". The 22-year-old YouTube vlogger left the show just a few days into the series last year.

Who's hosting it all?

ITV has confirmed in August that it'll be Holly Willoughby who fronts this year's series alongside Dec.

Dec's usual co-host Ant stepped down from TV commitments earlier this year and recently confirmed he would not be back on TV until 2019 after seeking treatment in rehab.

Regular This Morning host Holly said: “I couldn’t be more excited to have been asked to stand alongside Dec for the next jungle adventure. I love Ant and want to send him my best wishes and support for a continued recovery. These are big shoes, not to fill, but just to keep warm for a little bit... "

Meanwhile, ITV2 spin-off show Extra Camp will be back with 2016 Queen of the Jungle Scarlett Moffatt, 2016 runner up and comedian Joel and Jungle favourite and former King of the Jungle Joe Swash in charge.
