Iain has been a somewhat divisive presence since he and Amir ate a plate of strawberries and cream that was meant for the group last week.
The radio host is upset that he's been shunned, while Amir has enthusiastically been welcomed back in to the fold - even though it was the boxer who instigated 'Strawberry-gate'.
However, some of the other celebrities claim Iain is isolating himself and should be making more of an effort.
The situation has left Iain rather glum, and over the past few days he's been expressing a desire for viewers to vote him out.
Yesterday morning, Kezia Dugdale asked him: "What will you do if [Ant and Dec] say there’s no evictions today?"
"I say we hold them prisoner until they let one of us go," he joked.
Moments later, Kez became the second contestant eliminated from this year's series, and as the celebs waved her goodbye, Jamie Lomas asked why Iain appeared to be upset.
"Because he wants to go home, don’t you think?" answered Amir.
However, Jamie and Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo weren't convinced, the latter commenting: "I don’t think he does."
Jamie then brought up the previous day's 'Prize Shack' game, which saw the campmates play to win individual treats.
Kez went first but failed to get her missing care package, so Iain asked to go second, claiming he wanted to win someone else's prize rather than his own.
"When we were trying to get the care package last night, he got up second to do it," Jamie pointed out.
Amir responded by claiming Iain has a gameplan. "I get what you mean, to make himself look good," the former world champion said.
"Yeah, he is playing mind games 100%. He is trying to win the crowd over, he has a gameplan."
Later, in the Bush Telegraph, Amir repeated his accusation. "Iain is trying his best to look good in front of everyone," he said.
"But look, he is good to me, he’s nice so I’m not going to say anything bad about him. He shows me a lot of respect and I show him a lot of respect back."
Meanwhile, Iain insisted he was disappointed that he hadn't been voted out.
"It would have been nice to have gone today, because last night was good and I did good," he sighed. "Leaving today would have been a high for me, but heyho."
