Gemma Collins has blasted I'm A Celebrity's current line up for being too boring.
Gemma - who famously lasted just days on the show in 2014 - says she wants to return to camp.
She complained: “I mean it’s just too bland, it’s like tomato soup without the tomatoes, it’s just hot water.
“Normally everyone is talking about I’m A Celebrity but this year no one’s interested.”
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, the TOWIE star added: “What makes the jungle is all the screaming, all the scaredness, all the romance — but these campmates are just acting like they’re in a coffee shop. They’re too chilled in there.”
Gemma went on to say she wanted to return to the series and vowed to "bring the drama".
She explained: “Get me in there, we need some spice in there — I’d bring the drama, I’d definitely vamp it up. I’d just have to have a bath, sauna and a lovely Australian hairdresser in there to help me out.”
It was reported yesterday that I'm A Celebrity bosses were 'disappointed' by this year's celebrities.
According to The Sun, producers have been forced to step in to keep conversations going.
The tabloid claims that the I'm A Celeb team have resorted to giving celebs topics to discuss, such as talking about their career highs.
A show source explained: “They were hoping the inclusion of strong characters like Jamie Lomas, Stanley Johnson and Rebekah Vardy would spark a few lively debates.
“But that has yet to materialise at all. ITV has used the technique of scripting reality in other shows like The Only Way Is Essex and have seen amusing results.
“If viewers are wondering why conversations around the campfire feel a bit forced, it’s because they are.”
Ratings for the latest episode last night were at 7.5 million viewers, down almost 3 million on the launch earlier this month.
However it was still the most watched show of the day across all channels.
I'm A Celebrity continues nightly on ITV with hosts Ant and Dec.
The series will conclude next Sunday night, December 10.
