Stanley Johnson and Kezia Dugdale work at the 'Fear Factory' in the next I'm A Celebrity 2017 Bushtucker Trial.

The ITV jungle show held another public vote last night to decide which celebrities would face a critter-filled challenge.

This time, all of the celebs were eligible - including Stanley, who has been excluded from multiple Trials on medical grounds.

Fans clearly jumped at the chance to put the ex-politician through his paces, as Ant and Dec later visited camp to announce that Becky and Stanley would be taking part in 'Fear Factory'.

However, it's since been revealed that Becky has been replaced in the task by Kezia Dugdale.

ITV said: "Becky was withdrawn from taking part in today's Bushtucker Trial on medical grounds.

"This meant the celebrity with the 3rd highest number of votes took her place and that was Kez."

The task will see the pair sent to a damp hut, where one will be strapped on a giant turntable, and the other will be locked in a tombola-style rotating box.

Ant promised that "thousands of cockroaches" would be dumped on them during the ordeal.

"Two celebrities are about to face a gruesome grilling, strapped down and in a spin," a teaser video explained.

"While trapped in the dark, crawled on by critters, can they handle the horror of the Fear Factory?"

It's not the only bad news Stanley will get today, as his reign as the jungle Prime Minister is about to come to an end.

I'm A Celebrity bosses have opened a fresh poll on the show's official app, allowing viewers to choose who will replace him as camp leader.

The vote closed last night. Stanley and his Deputy, Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo, are ineligible to be re-elected for a second term.

Yesterday Iain Lee faced his fourth Bushtucker Trial, giving the radio host a chance to redeem himself after he quit a previous underwater challenge.

Iain conquered his fear of heights on a rocket 100ft above ground in 'Space Your Fears', earning all eleven meals on offer.

Tune in to ITV tonight at 9.00pm to find out how 'Fear Factory' plays out and who is the new prime minister.
