Tomasz Wania left the Big Brother 2018 house this week to attend a hospital appointment, it's been revealed.
One of the eight remaining housemates, Tomasz left and returned to the house in unaired scenes.
Big Brother bosses have insisted he was accompanied at all times to avoid contact with the outside world.
"At the time of leaving the house he was chaperoned by a member of production and had minimal contact with the outside world."
Those left in the house alongside Tomasz are Lewis Flanagan, Akeem Griffiths, Brooke Berry, Cameron Cole, Cian Carrigan, Sîan Hamshaw and Zoe Jones.
There are now just two weeks to go until the grand final, expected to air on November 5.
But first, another elimination looms with Akeem, Brooke, Cian, Sîan and Tomasz all currently up for Friday's latest eviction.
They face the axe after a 'reverse' nominations twist that saw both housemates and viewers voting to keep their favourites in.
However those currently facing the axe will all get the chance to save themselves in the weekly game changer task, along with Zoe who is the richest housemate.
Big Brother 2018 airs Sunday to Friday at 10PM on Channel 5.
It's set to be the last ever Big Brother series on UK TV for the foreseeable future after Channel 5 dropped the show.
Channel 5 said last month: "The forthcoming series of Big Brother will be the last - of either celebrity or civilian versions - on Channel 5. We’d like to thank Endemol and all of the production team who have worked tirelessly to make the show a success."
Although the show will no longer air on Channel 5 there have been reports it could move to streaming service Netflix.
