Big Brother 2018 spoilers as housemates compete in latest game changer

Here are all the details on this week's latest Big Brother game changer task.

Lewis Flanagan, Hussain Ahmed, Isabella Farnese and Tomasz Wania are the four housemates currently up for eviction - as it stands.

The housemates nominated as normal at the weekend other than Hussain Ahmed, who won the power of a secret killer nomination in Big Brother's latest Big Coin auction. Unknown to the other housemates, Hussain nominated Lewis, who is guaranteed to face the vote.

In the rest of the nominations, Hussain received 5 votes and Tomasz received three votes. They both joined killer nominated Lewis in facing eviction. Isabella was nominated by the viewers to join them.

But before nominations are confirmed, the game changer is back with the power to save one of the nominated housemates (other than Lewis) up for grabs.

Those taking part will be nominated housemates Tomasz, Hussain and Isabella. As he is killer nominated, Lewis won't compete.

As the current richest housemate, Cameron Cole will also take part. He had to pick two others to also compete, choosing Zoe Jones and Brooke Berry.

The six will take on an endurance challenge called 'Stress Balls' in Wednesday night's show.

Each of the six will have to pull a giant stress ball - which is attached to the wall by an elastic rope - into the centre of the garden and hold it in place for as long as possible.

The housemate who holds onto their ball the longest will win the game changer.

They'll win the power to save a nominated housemate including themselves (but excluding Lewis) or they may choose to keep nominations just as they.

Those who are left up for eviction will face the public vote alongside Lewis this week.

Big Brother 2018 airs nightly Sunday-Fridays at 10PM. The next eviction takes place on Friday evening with host Emma Willis.
