Big Brother 2018: Akeem Griffiths and Lewis Flanagan fight for favouritism

Big Brother 2018

Akeem Griffiths and Lewis Flanagan are on course to battle it out for the title of Big Brother 2018 winner.

Akeem Griffiths has closed in on the Big Brother title after he survived eviction on Friday night, which saw Kenaley become the fourth housemate booted from the famous house.

The Welsh training consultant saw his odds slashed from 6/1 to the 4/1 joint second favourite, alongside Zoe Jones, to win after fresh support poured in following his eviction dodge.

Just one person stands in Akeem’s way of taking the top spot in the betting, Lewis F. The pair were recently at loggerheads in the hot tub after Akeem called Lewis out for being two faced and mockingly said ‘the wrong Lewis went’ in reference to Lewis G’s departure two weeks ago.

Despite the row, Lewis has currently tightened his grip on the Big Brother crown as he shortens into 7/4 from 15/8. Cameron has suffered a drift to 5/1 from 4/1 with Cian shortening in slightly to 13/2 from 7/1.

Aoife Heffron, Spokesperson for BoyleSports commented: “It seems the battle between Akeem and Lewis has spilled over into the betting as Akeem’s now breathing down Lewis’ neck after his odds were cut into 4/1.

"Lewis continues to see support from punters however and could be tough to catch as he continues to shorten at the head of the betting.”
