Who won Celebrity Big Brother 2018? Here are all of tonight's final results as they happened LIVE.

Once again, CBB this year has making headlines and things kicked off within days of the show starting.

Over the past month we've seen 15 celebrity housemates join the house and they've proved to be some of the most controversial yet.

And ahead of the live show tonight, just six remained in the race to be crowned CBB UK winner 2018.

They were TV psychic Sally Morgan, Hollywood actress Kirstie Alley and Coronation Street actor Ryan Thomas

Joining them are The Only Way Is Essex star Dan Osborne, Gabby Allen, a Love Islander from Season 3 in 2017, and finally rogue trader Nick Leeson.

So who won and who was first to get the boot? Here are all the results as they happened...

Who won Celebrity Big Brother 2018? Final results RECAP!

In sixth place was Gabby Allen! She told host Emma Willis after leaving the house: "That was horrible! Thanks to everyone who supported me, I'm glad I made the final. I can't believe it."

In fifth place was Sally Morgan! She reacted after exiting: "I'm very happy with fifth place. Just to be a finalist is beyond my dream."

In fourth place was Nick Leeson! He said being in the house was worse than prison: "I thought it was going to be a walk in the park but it's not. I've cried more than in that three weeks than I have in the rest of my life."

In third place was Dan Osborne! He told Emma: "I am so happy to be out. I've been so scared these last few days. Coming out is so scary, that was a better response than I was hoping. I thought I'd be out in the second week."

That left just Ryan Thomas and Kirstie Alley as the final two...

The runner up was Kirstie Alley! She told Emma after leaving: "I'm so excited. I'm so happy I walked in with Ryan and walked out with him."

The Celebrity Big Brother 2018 winner is Ryan Thomas! He reacted to his victory: "I have no words. No words whatsoever. I am completely overwhelmed."

Also at the final tonight were evicted housemates, headline grabbing footballer Jermaine Pennant, model Chloe Ayling, comic, Radio and TV presenter Hardeep Singh Kohli, Married At First Sight star Ben Jardine and American reality TV personality Natalie Nunn.

Celebrity Big Brother airs on Channel 5.

Following the end of CBB, Big Brother 2018 will launch at 9PM on Friday, September 14.
