Celebrity Big Brother fans have praised Emma Willis for her interview with Roxanne Pallett.
Roxanne spoke to Emma on this evening's show about the 'punchgate' scandal, having left the house on Friday night.
Roxanne discussed her controversial incident with Ryan Thomas, in which she had accused him of assaulting her.
She said: "Watching the footage, it feels like a completely different scenario to how it felt at the time. How it felt when he did it, it hurt. I can't prove a feeling. I convinced myself he meant to do, and when I watched it back I immediately realised... I'm more shocked at myself than anyone out there is."
Roxanne went on: "I feel devastated. It cripples me with embarrassment and shame that I could have put someone in that position. Seeing the footage of Ryan in the Diary Room distressed.
"I got it wrong. I can't apologise enough... all I can do is apologise and got it so wrong. I'm the most hated girl in Britain right now. It's the title I feel everyone has given me right now. All I can do is own it, accept it and apologise.
"I got it wrong, and I'm human and I made a massive, massive mistake."
Roxanne faced tough questions from Emma, who ended the interview in silence when Roxanne started to cry.
Viewers were loving Emma's no-nonsense approach, with @c0nesofdunshire tweeting: "Emma Willis whipping her earpiece out and ending the interview when Roxanne started crying is the most iconic piece of British television this year #cbb"
