Rodrigo Alves has left the Celebrity Big Brother 2018 house - but just why did he go?
Channel 5 said yesterday morning (Saturday, August 25) that Rodrigo was removed from the house following a "further incident".
Rodrigo was put on a 'final warning' just 24 hours into the series after his use of the 'N word'.
Big Brother announced: "After a further incident, Rodrigo has been removed from the Big Brother House and will not be returning. #CBB"
However, Rodrigo claims he wasn't removed but quit after he "demanded to leave" after pal Natalie Nunn was evicted in Friday night's live show.
" I was going to scale the wall if I wasn't allowed to leave..." he told the Daily Mail newspaper. "I didn't like it. My co-stars were boring, dirty and had nothing in common with them. I was claustrophobic. I had to get up early and stay up late. I didn't understand why people were in there. Hardeep was snoring like a hog."
He added: "I was worried about how I was being edited. I felt it didn't feel like a TV shoe... I'm used to being a showman. I was was worried about my well-being because I was tired and out of the loop..."
Meanwhile, in a separate interview with The Sun, Rodrigo said: “I was not coping very well to be without my mobile phone and not being in contact with my family and friends. After Natalie left I felt very upset because she was the life and soul in the house and got very much misunderstood.
“All I wanted out of the show was to have fun and to show to the UK that I'm a nice and fun person.”
He concluded: “I’m no longer interested in the show or anything to do with it. Simply because it wasn’t for me.”
In Saturday's show, Rodrigo was shown entering the Diary Room before Big Brother cut back to the housemates. His chat with Big Brother was not aired.
"Rodrigo has left the Big Brother house and will not be returning. Would one housemate collect Rodrigo's suitcase from the storeroom and pack all of Rodrigo's belongings," Big Brother told the group.
After one week, the Celebrity Big Brother line up is down three housemates after Rodrigo's unplanned exit, Natalie's eviction and Stormy Daniel's launch no-show.
Celebs currently left in the house are Hollywood actress Kirstie Alley, Coronation Street actor Ryan Thomas and headline grabbing footballer Jermaine Pennant.
Joining them are model Chloe Ayling, soap star Roxanne Pallett, The Only Way Is Essex star Dan Osborne and Gabby Allen, a Love Islander from Season 3 in 2017.
Also on the cast are Comic, Radio and TV presenter Hardeep Singh Kohli, Married At First Sight star Ben Jardine, TV psychic Sally Morgan and rogue trader Nick Leeson.
