Celebrity Big Brother 2018 producers are reportedly planning to add a shock new housemate.
Meghan Markle’s half-sister Samantha Markle has been tipped to join the cast.
She could replace porn star Stormy Daniels who pulled out of the show just hours before launch night.
Big Brother tweeted on Friday: "Stormy Daniels was booked to appear on the show several months ago and hours before the show was due to go live, informed the production team that she no longer wished to enter the house as previously agreed.
"Producers discussed a variety of options with her but were unable to agree any acceptable conditions for her entering the house. Our focus is now on making a brilliant series with our fantastic celebrities."
During Friday night's Bit On The Side, Big Brother played Stormy's VT that she had recorded for the live launch.
Appearing on the spin-off show, Rylan said: "Big Brother was thrilled and excited for Stormy's potential for the house.
"But 5 hours before the live shows, Stormy informed us she wished to simply appear on launch night and leave. Big Brother tried to work out a fair compromise with her but for Big Brother, launch night is about moving into the house and not celebrities moving out."
Rylan denied claims that Stormy had asked for more money and also denied the suggestion that Big Brother had sort to "control" her.
"We had her, she changed her mind and she went," he added. "It wasn't how we wanted it go but always remember no housemate is bigger than Big Brother."
With a housemate place to fill - and a reported £750,000 to spend - bosses are lining up another face from the headlines this year.
The Sun on Sunday reports that Samantha Markle, half-sister to Megan, could be set for the house.
She has been in the papers and on TV repeatedly over the past few months following Megan's marriage to Prince Harry.
A source spilled: "Producers have been in touch with Samantha, but swore her to secrecy.
“She has been telling people she won’t be going into the Big Brother house – and has tweeted as much.
But in reality she’s being told that it is a possibility."
The insider added that "discussions are ongoing" following Stormy's unplanned exit last Thursday night.
For now, Celebrity Big Brother 2018 continues nightly on Channel 5.
The show continues Sunday evening at 9PM.
