Live feed will be returning to Celebrity Big Brother for eviction nights, Channel 5 has confirmed.
This week confirmed the Celebrity Big Brother 2018 air date for later this month (August).
Celebrity Big Brother will launch on Thursday, August 16 at 9PM.
There will be a two-hour live launch show hosted by Emma Willis as she welcomes this year's celebrities.
Rylan Clark-Neal will then return at 11PM for Bit On The Side.
On Friday night, Celebrity Big Brother returns at 9PM while CBB's Bit on the Side airs at 11PM.
While there is currently no live feed scheduled for the launch week, Channel 5 has now revealed that there will be on eviction nights going forward.
The new series of Celebrity Big Brother this summer has an 'Eye Of The Storm' theme.
Channel 5 explained: "All of the celebrity names entering the house will have been caught up in their own media storm. And now, the celebrities are once again putting themselves in the public eye and this time they have a lot to prove."
Names linked to the Celebrity Big Brother 2018 cast include headline grabbing footballer Jermaine Pennant and Kieran Hayler, the estranged husband of former Celebrity Big Brother winner herself Katie Price.
More of the names rumoured are Transgender journalist Paris Lees, Hollywood actress Kirstie Alley and American porn actress Stormy Daniels, who is currently at the centre of controversy surrounding president Donald Trump.
This summer could well be Big Brother's last ever, with Channel 5 yet to confirm if they'll be renewing the show beyond the end of the year.
They said in a statement this week: "The situation remains unchanged; Big Brother is currently contracted until the end of the year, there’s no update on future series beyond 2018."
Whatever happens next year, the upcoming Celebrity Big Brother season will be followed by a new series of Big Brother later in 2018.
