Britain's Got Talent auditions - week 2

Gonzo

33-year-old Gonzo is a so-called "extreme tambourinist" from Japan who had been inspired by Susan Boyle to audition. His performance of songs including Livin' La Vida Loca and I Just Got Paid managed to win over the audience.

Kerr James

12-year-old singer Kerr James from Glasgow took to the stage to sing Try a Little Tenderness by Otis Redding. Surprising the judges with his voice, Kerr sailed through to the next round.

Greg

Greg from Clacton is a mini-bus driver and part time singing ventriloquist act. Sadly, his performance of Olly Murs' Dear Darlin' with puppet Mr Bones didn't get him through to the next round.

X

Mysterious act 'X' took to the stage in an all-black outfit and face mask. Not saying a word, they freaked out Ant and Dec with a mindbending magic trick that wowed the judges and won the character a place in the next round.

VJ Clarke

VJ Clarke got the judges excited as she set up the stage to perform her act but the panel were far from impressed by the eventual performance, trotting around the stage with a hobby horse.

Igor Outkine

Igor Outkine performed covers of a number of songs with an electronic accordion. It split the panel, with two nos and two yeses fro the judges.

Guy First

Guy First treated the judges to a rather unique and extraordinary talent as he performed a range of songs including Ghostbusters and Eye Of The Tiger using only his hands.

Jonathan Goodwin

Stuntman and magician Jonathan Goodwin shocked the the panel by revealing his intention to free himself from a straight jacket while hanging upside down... and being set on fire. He did it - and won a place in the next round of the competition.

Sheila Simmonds

Sheila Simmonds comes from Woolloomooloo, Australia and promised something "really special" for the judges. Her song and dance won over a trio of the judges, enough to make it through, but Simon said no.

Kojo Anim

Stand up comedian Kojo Anim won the second golden buzzer of the series from Simon Cowell after a range of jokes. Encouraged by his fiancée to audition, Kojo said he hoped to "make the world laugh".

Britain’s Got Talent continues Saturday nights on ITV.

Up for grabs for the winner is a £250,000 cash prize and a spot on the Royal Variety Performance.
