Ant and Dec made a staggering £12,000 a DAY in their latest working year.

The pair's total earnings according to the latest account filings show they raked in more than £4 million in just 12 months.

The Sun newspaper reports the figures, despite Ant stepping down from much of his TV work in 2018.

Latest accounts for their company Hurley Promotions Ltd reveal earnings of £85,000 a week.

The numbers work out at more than £1,000 an hour.

In addition, another of Ant's companies - Teecourt Ltd - has boosted its cash and assets by £3.1 million to £20.4 million, according to the new accounts.

And Ant and Dec's Mitre Holdings company has also upped its bank balance to £2.7 million, a £400,000 increase.

Overall, it's estimated that Ant is worth a staggering £62 million.

The Geordie TV host will make his TV comeback this weekend when Britain's Got Talent returns to screens.

It was announced at the start of 2018 that Ant was stopping all future filming commitments for the foreseeable future, returning to rehab following a recent car accident.

Dec went solo for the end of Saturday Night Takeaway plus the Britain's Got Talent live shows.

Ant also missed I'm A Celebrity in the autumn as well, with Holly Willoughby stepping in.

Returning to film auditions earlier this year, Ant said: "Hello everyone. Oh god, I’m really really emotional now. I’ve missed you all. As for you (pointing at Dec) I’ve missed you.

"Thank you very much, what a warm welcome. What a great show to come back to, I’m thrilled, I’m over the moon. Shall we move on before I cry?"

Simon said: "Ant welcome back. We missed you; it wasn’t the same. I mean even though Dec was brilliant, it still wasn’t the same. It would be like me not being with David, I would be happy, but not happy - if that makes sense.

"So on behalf of all of us, welcome back, we’re family. (Turns to audience) You are family!"

Britain's Got Talent airs Saturday night at 7:15PM on ITV.
