Thursday, May 31, saw the ITV series match its high from Wednesday for the fourth of five special episodes airing at 9PM all this week.
The latest Britain's Got Talent live show saw an average audience of 6.4 million viewers for its fourth semi-final. Dropping 600,000 below Wednesday's performance.
The penultimate BGT results saw two more acts make Sunday's final, plus a performance from the cast of musical Chicago, with 5.8 million tuning in, dipping 300,000 on the previous night.
The shows peaked with just under 8 million viewers as ITV triumphed over BBC One throughout primetime.
The Britain's Got Talent 2018 live semi-finals conclude at 7:30PM tonight on ITV with comedy singer Micky P Kerr, Rat Pack singers Dennis DeMille and Marvin Muoneke, singer Father Ray Kelly, acrobatic duo Giang Brothers, cake eating opera singer Sarah Llewellyn, boy band Bring It North, comedy magician Mandy Muden and dancing youngsters Lexie and Christopher.
Elsewhere on ITV, Emmerdale had 5.4 million viewers, down 300,000 on its Wednesday episode.
EastEnders returned with 4.2 million viewers against Britain's Got Talent.
Britain's Best Home Cook with Mary Berry continued with 2 million viewers, down 400,000 on last week and now a million below its opening episode.
At 9PM, 3.3 million tuned in for the series' finale of Ambulance in the 9PM hour, topping the night for the channel.
