Coronation Street continued as the most watched show on TV last night, eclipsing Britain's Got Talent.
The ITV soap averaged 7.1 million viewers for the second of five special episodes airing at 9PM all this week, down 200,000 on Monday night.
The Britain's Got Talent latest live show saw an average audience of 6.6 million viewers for its second semi-final. Dropping slightly from Monday, the number is level with last year's equivalent episode.
The latest BGT results saw two more acts make Sunday's final, plus a performance from Alfie Boe, with 5.5 million tuning in.
The show's peaked with just under 8 million viewers as ITV triumphed over BBC One throughout primetime.
The Britain's Got Talent 2018 live shows continue at 7:30PM tonight on ITV with Ant and Dec's golden buzzer, magician Marc Spelmann, Amanda Holden's golden buzzer, singer Gruffydd Wyn Roberts, comedian Robert White, dance group RISE Unbroken, singer Aleksandar Mileusnic, the DMU Gospel Choir, acrobatic magic group Acrocadabra (Spotlight Stage School) and comedian Mr Uekusa.
Holby City had 3 million viewers against BGT, 300,000 down on last week.
At 9PM, The Split fell to 3.3 million for its final instalment, The new drama, based around the fast-paced world of London’s divorce law circuit, ran for six episodes on BBC One.
Springwatch interested 1.9 million on BBC Two followed by its Grammar Schools documentary which held 1.1 million.
On Channel 5, new episodes of The Yorkshire Vet and Traffic Cops both premiered to 1 million viewers.
