As try outs for the 2018 series finished on Saturday, we were introduced to the St. Lawrence’s Primary School choir.

St. Lawrence’s Primary School choir travelled all the way from Northern Ireland to share their beautiful singing voices with the judges.

Take a listen as they make a classic Willy Wonka song their own.

You can watch their audition below…

In the clip, the group were asked how they’d share any prize money prompting one cheeky boy to raise his hand.

It’s then onto the performance, with the group bursting into a beautiful cover of Pure Imagination.

“I really liked that song, really good audition, well done,” Simon Cowell said.

With four yeses, the group made it through to the next round.

Other acts on the show this weekend included DJ Murray Mint. He brought disco to the BGT stage and even managed to get Simon Cowell up and dancing.

Making up the judging panel this year once more alongside Simon are David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden.

As always, acts need three or more yeses to make it through to the next round – and potentially on to the live semi-final stages.

Saturday’s latest episode will see the semi-finalists revealed straight after the final round of auditions.

At the end of next weekend, just one act will walk away with £250,000 and a spot on the Royal Variety Performance.

Meanwhile, hosts Ant and Dec will be present for the auditions, watching on from the sidelines with a comforting hug whatever the result.

Britain’s Got Talent airs Saturday night on ITV.
