The former X Factor finalist turned coach on the rival singing series is enjoying his best year yet.

The singer’s fortune has reportedly grown to a whopping £7 million almost a decade after appearing on TV for the first time.

Thanks another successful album and his new role on The Voice, Olly is cashing in – but he’s not cashing out just yet.

A source told The Sun newspaper: “Olly is very astute with his cash. He’s building for the future, as well as ensuring he enjoys himself now.”

Olly previously admitted he was careful with his money, explaining how he knew things could quickly change in the music industry.

“I’ve given myself a salary recently, because I think it’s important. For the first two years I was like, ‘Yeah, I’ll buy that and this. Mum, what do you want? I’ll get it for you’,” Olly said back in 2014.

He continued: “But then you watch shows like the Big Reunion and it opens your eyes to realise that this can all go so quickly, and you’ve got to be wise with your money. Even Ed Sheeran talks about paying himself a salary.

“I look forward to being able to pay my bills each month and having a little bit left over to spend. But I’m not really into extravagant buying, I’m not that kind of person.”

Meanwhile, Olly has insisted that there is no feud between him and X Factor boss Simon Cowell.

Olly, who was runner up on X Factor in 2009 and hosted the 2015 series, said: “I haven’t spoken to him but listen, I’m sure we’re great. I hope so anyway…”

“Listen, The X Factor is The X Factor. It’s been a massive part of my life and I still love it. And I won’t stop watching it, but The Voice pay my wages now,” he added.

The Voice UK concludes Saturday night on ITV at 8:30PM with the live final.
