The Voice UK 2018: Harri Oakland covers James Arthur at blind auditions

Harri Oakland performs.

It was the final round of blind auditions on The Voice UK 2018 this weekend and Harri Oakland was a stand out.

Show seven of this year's series saw Harri hoping to win over the coaches with a performance of James Arthur's Say You Won't Let Go.

The 19-year-old from Bradford was after a spin from one of the four coaches.

And he got that, with Jennifer Hudson turning for the teenager.

Harri became the tenth and final member of her team in the final auditions.

"I wanted to turn my chair because, there's a few things you should work on, you have a voice but you have to work on your ear," Jennifer said.

She added: "You're the perfect one for me, you've got great potential."

Will.i.am quipped: "She's going to make you work!"

This weekend coaches will.i.am, Jennifer Hudson, Sir Tom Jones and Olly Murs were still on the hunt for the best singers for their teams but free spots in the next round were quickly dwindling.

After six weeks of try outs, Teams Olly, Will and Tom each had just one free space while Team Jennifer had two places to fill from the latest batch of hopefuls.

With the number of places close to zero, it proved harder and harder for this week's hopefuls to get the coaches turning.

Host Emma Willis was back to present the final round of auditions as the last crop of hopefuls all sought to claim a place in one of the coaches’ teams, making it through to the battle rounds.

They need just one coach to turn to make it, although if more than one coach spins they then have the power to pick which team to join.

However if none of the coaches turn - and with teams close to full that's more likely than ever this weekend - then they lose their right to see them.

The coaches will stay with their backs to the stage while the contestant must make a lonely exit to the side of the stage without speaking to or seeing the coaches.

The Voice UK 2018 continues next weekend with the battle stages.
