Emma Willis will host new music TV show Your Song on ITV this evening - here's all you need to know.

The programme will be made by the same producers as The X Factor and Britain's Got Talent - Simon Cowell's Syco and FreemantleMedia's Thames.

The one-off special will feature a host of music’s biggest stars, coming together to celebrate the lives of real people who have done something extraordinary.

They'll get to enjoy a once in a lifetime performance from some of their favourite artists, including Rita Ora, Little Mix, James Arthur, Paloma Faith and The Script.

In the show tonight (Sunday, October 22) at 9PM on ITV, we see James Arthur writing a very personal song for a young woman who has established an anti-bullying charity.
