Those left on the Strictly 2017 line up after the semi-final include singer Alexandra Burke, and Debbie McGee, TV personality, presenter and the widow of magician Paul Daniels.

They’re joined by soap star Joe McFadden and actress Gemma Atkinson.

Unlike in past years, there will be no eliminations in the final.

Instead, all four will be dancing to the end where only the winner will be revealed.

A BBC spokesperson said: “The producers always wanted a final in which all the couples danced three times.

“It proved hugely successful in 2016 [where there were only three contestants in the final] and we’re very excited about the routines that will be performed this weekend.”

As for the dances, as usual the couples will be performing their own showdance, a favourite dance from the competition and a dance chosen by the judges.

Speaking on It Takes Two, Darcey Bussell said of the judges’ choices: “These are obviously dances that they did well, but they were just very early in the series.

“They’ve got plenty of room to improve. They’ve all come so far. Just imagine what they could do with these dances from earlier in the season.”

Head judge Shirley Ballas added: “I think everyone will be quite excited with what we’ve picked.”

After 13 amazing weeks of glitter, excitement and sensational dance performances, the Strictly Come Dancing Final comes live to BBC One this Saturday night.

Fifteen celebrities entered the ballroom, but now only the finalists remain. Each couple will perform in front of the judges and to the audience at home to battle it out in the ballroom for the very last time. The judges scores will be for guidance only and the winner will be decided by the viewers’ votes alone.

Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman will then reveal which celebrity and professional dancer the viewers have chosen to lift the famous Glitter Ball Trophy and be crowned the champions of Strictly Come Dancing 2017.

The Strictly Come Dancing final airs Saturday night from 6:30PM on BBC One.
