Gemma Collins has hit back at Craig Revel Horwood and insisted she is good enough for Strictly Come Dancing.
TOWIE star Gemma has apparently been eyeing up a spot on Strictly Come Dancing next year.
But Craig recently shot down her chances, despite admitting she would make for a "fun" celebrity contestant.
“Gemma Collins would be fun on the show but it's not very often that we have reality stars take to the ballroom," he said.
Craig added: “We generally have people of a higher calibre than that.”
Now Gemma has responded to Craig's jibe and said she would prove him wrong if given the chance.
"I'm certainly not low-rent, darling! We all have to start somewhere, I'll burst onto that dancefloor and show them what a samba is!" Gemma declared this week.
She explained: "He won't know what's hit him. I've been to Sylvia Young Theatre school and I won South-East England Champion for dancing.
"Of course he'd love me. It's a shame if they take that dim dim view of me because they're ultimately missing out. My hips don't lie."
Speaking to OK! Magazine, Gemma went on to reveal she had already been deciding on which pro dancer she wanted.
Naming Giovanni Pernice as her favourite, the reality regular said: "I like them tall, dark and handsome, with swept back hair so I can run my fingers through it on the dancefloor.
"I also like Anton Du Beke or Gorka Marquez."
Gemma added: "I want to do Strictly because with wanting a baby next year, it would be great for the weight-loss process. I can move. I can do the splits and a high kick. "
The current series of Strictly is back this Saturday and Sunday night on BBC One.
