The major story this week has been Aston’s shock elimination. He said on Monday he was gutted to be out in what is said to be Strictly’s biggest surprise ever.

Both Craig Revel Horwood and Shirley Ballas have hit back at viewer complaints over their decision to send Aston home. Craig declared: “We didn’t put him in the bottom two, the audience did.”

Mollie has also spoken out after dancing off against Aston, confessing she didn’t at all expect to be saved.

Following Aston’s surprise exit, there’s a brand new favourite to win while Ruth Langsford is the tip to leave on Sunday night.

In behind the scenes gossip, it’s been claimed that Strictly judge Craig may have a crush on one of this year’s celebs. “It’s all a bit of fun,” a source said.

And in more romance rumours, Gorka has been quizzed on his relationship with Gemma Atkinson after the pair were spotted getting cosy again.

Elsewhere this wee, the Strictly come Dancing Christmas special line up has been REVEALED with six former celebs back for the festive period.

The remaining nine couples will take to the dancefloor this week when Strictly Come Dancing returns on Saturday 11th November at 6:45pm with the results show on Sunday 12th November at 7.15pm on BBC One.
