The reality TV regular has revealed ambitions of appearing in the BBC One series, which is currently airing its fifteenth series on Saturday and Sunday nights.

Amy, who rose to fame on now ITVBe reality show The Only Way Is Essex, said: “I would love to do Strictly Come Dancing.

“I’m not the best dancer so it’d be amazing to be able to dance after and I’d adore all the outfits, and getting a spray tan every week. I do love Strictly – that is the one.”

Speaking to The Sun newspaper, Amy claimed that she had even been asked on the show previously but turned it down for Celebrity Big Brother.

She explained: “They did ask me in 2011 but I chose Big Brother because it was a brand new show for Channel 5 at the time. I was a lot younger then.”

Meanwhile, Amy also spoke about hopes for a TOWIE reunion.

The original cast member said: “We should get the old crew back.

“Billie and Sam Faiers, Mark Wright, James Arg Argent and I were the first ones on Towie, and it would be so cool to film us again.

“It was the best time of my life and we were the ones who won the Bafta.”
