Tonight Strictly was back to its usual glitz and glam self following last week’s traditional Halloween spectacular.

Once again deciding who was on top form this evening were judges Shirley Ballas, Darcey Bussell, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood, who scored the ten remaining celebrity couples.

And they didn’t let anything escape their eyes, with Mollie and her pro partner AJ Pritchard called out on a mistake in their dance.

Mollie and AJ performed the Foxtrot to Call Me Irresponsible by Connie Francis.

The elegant routine was going well until a bit of a mistake in a turn left Mollie off balance.

However she and AJ recovered to complete the dance in this evening’s seventh live show.

The judges praised Mollie for the recovery but the mistake knocked her scores, with the pair scoring a total of 27 marks: Six from Craig and Seven from the other three panelists.

It was the same marks that last week saw the pair having to dance off in the bottom two.

After the performance, Mollie reacted: “Oh no!”

She told AJ: “I’m so sorry.

“I feel so bad for you because you worked so hard and I made that mistake.”

Mollie added she had her “fingers and toes crossed” that the pair would avoid the dance off this weekend.
