James Jordan has missed one of the final Dancing On Ice rehearsals due to injury.

former Strictly Come Dancing pro James is one of three finalists left in the show together with Love Island's Wes Nelson and X Factor singer Saara Aalto.

In training for tonight's final show, James injured his shoulder yesterday in training.

He fell on his arm during rehearsals resulting in a subluxed (a partial or incomplete dislocation) shoulder.

As a result he wasn't able to skate during one of the camera rehearsals today as he got treatment.

James' injury follows Wes hurting his wrist earlier in the week.

But Dancing On Ice bosses have assured both will be skating in tonight's final.

They tweeted: "Wes actually dislocated his wrist yesterday during training and @The_JamesJordan's shoulder needed attention - but don't worry, they WILL be skating tonight! Shoutout to our incredible physios. 💪💕"

In tonight's final, all three finalists will begin by performing two routines each. The first will be a showcase, choreographed for them by Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, and the second the celeb's favourite skate from the series.

With voting then frozen, one celeb will then be eliminated before the top two perform the Bolero.

Although judges will comment, it'll be viewer votes alone that determine the winner in the final.

Despite his injury, James is the firm favourite to win in the final.

The professional dancer is chalked up at just 1/3 to skate away with victory on the hit ITV show tonight, leaving Wes as a 5/2 shot with the bookies. Saara is going to need to pull off a miracle to defy her odds of 25/1 to be crowned the 2019 winner.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: "Despite the short prices on offer, punters continue to back James to waltz away with the trophy. Wes needs to skate his best ever performance if he's to cause an upset."

The Dancing On Ice 2019 final airs this Sunday night on ITV.

Alongside the performances and results from the finalists, there will be a special group skate from all this year's contestants.

Plus, Jayne & Torvill will return to the ice with the show's professionals.
