Wes, who made the final of Love Island last year, is in discussions for his own TV show.
And there are also talks about a possible record deal.
Speaking about the possibility of his own television series, Wes explained: “I’ve got some development meetings after this show which are really exciting. It’s not reality based, it’s more about me doing something a bit more serious as well as keeping in touch with my jokey, happy, silly side.
“There could be elements of my engineering within it — but I’m not giving away the format. It’s a really exciting one, I’m looking forward to getting involved and you seeing it.”
In an interview with The Sun newspaper, Wes went on to reveal he had been talking to the record label of fellow Dancing On Ice star, Westlife singer Brian McFadden.
"I’ve caught the performance bug now. When you finish a routine, you get that overwhelming feeling," Wes said. “Performing is so enjoyable and I see why everyone loves it now. I sang on Love Island but producers never showed it because of copyright reasons. We were singing all the time.
“I’ve been speaking to Brian’s label and they had a meeting with me but for now just ice skating. It would be R&B and pop.”
Wes is one of three contestants in the Dancing On Ice final this weekend.
Alongside Wes, those left competing to be crowned Dancing On Ice champion are X Factor singer Saara Aalto and former Strictly Come Dancing pro James Jordan.
As things stand, James Jordan is the odds-on favourite with bookmakers Ladbrokes to be crowned as this year's Dancing on Ice champion.
Following his perfect score of 80 on Sunday evening, the bookies now make the dancer just 8/13 to walk away as the 2019 winner, leaving long-term favourite Wes to settle for second spot at 11/8.
X Factor star Saara completes the trio as the 20/1 rank outsider of the pack.
The Dancing On Ice 2019 live final airs this Sunday night on ITV.
Alongside the performances from the finalists, the entire line up of this year's celebs will reunite while Torvill & Dean will skate with the professionals.
