Brian McFadden took a tumble during the skate off in tonight's Dancing On Ice live show.
This weekend saw all of the remaining celebrities skating for the eighth time this year in the live semi-final.
After Melody Thornton left in a the previous elimination last weekend, four contestants were battling it out for a place in next week's final.
For the semi-final, each couple danced two routines which were marked by the judges. Each celeb also had to include a 30 second solo skate in one of the routines.
The two couples ranked bottom of the combined judges and viewer leaderboard went forward to the skate off. This week that was X Factor singer Saara Aalto & her pro partner Hamish Gaman and Westlife's Brian & his pro skating partner Alex Murphy.
But during his skate-off performance, Brian suffered a nasty fall with Alex on the ice.
Hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were quick to make sure the pair were okay as they waited for the result from the judges.
In the skate off, Jayne Torvill, Christopher Dean, Jason Gardiner and Ashley Banjo decided who to save after both couples had skated again.
Jason, Ashley and Chris all saved Saara, leaving Brian to go home. Although her casting vote was not needed, this week's head judge Jayne also saved Saara.
Both Jason and Ashley suggested they would have saved Brian were it not for his fall.
Reacting to both the mishap and his elimination, Brian told hosts Holly and Phil: "It's been amazing, we've had such a great time as well."
Dancing On Ice 2019 concludes next Sunday night on ITV with its grand final.
Saara will be competing for victory against Love Island's Wes Nelson and Strictly star James Jordan. Plus, the entire line up of this year's celebs will reunite while Torvill & Dean will skate with the professionals.
