The remaining seven celebrities skated live for the sixth time in Dancing On Ice's seventh episode of 2019 on Sunday night.
Following each of the celeb's latest live performances, it was soap star Jane Danson and cricketer Ryan Sidebottom who were voted off Dancing On Ice 2019 after a three-way skate off against Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton.
In the skate off, judges Jayne Torvill, Christopher Dean, Jason Gardiner and Ashley Banjo decided who to save after all three of the couples skated again.
Jason, Ashley and Chris all saved Melody, leaving both Jane and Ryan to go home. Although her casting vote was not needed, head judge for the week Jayne also saved Melody.
Narrowly avoiding the boot from Dancing On Ice on Sunday has impacted Melody's odds of winning as she drifts out to 12/1 from 8/1.
Wes Nelson remains the one to beat as the competition heads into its eighth week and is red hot at 4/6 to take the title after his odds shortened in from 5/6 following his almost perfect score of 38 out of 40 for his performance.
James Jordan scored 36 for his routine to The White Stripes’ ‘Seven Nation Army’, but it wasn’t enough to put pressure on Wes in the outright betting as the former professional Strictly Come Dancing dancer drifts out to 7/4 from 13/8.
Aoife Heffron, Spokesperson for BoyleSports commented: “Wes has always been the fan favourite and as he continues to improve, falling just two points shy of a perfect score this week, it comes as no surprise he is the runaway 4/6 frontrunner for the title.”
Dancing On Ice 2019 odds
Wes Nelson 4/6
James Jordan 7/4
Melody Thornton 12/1
