Kem Cetinay 'cracked his head' after a fall in training for Dancing On Ice.
Love Island star Kem was confirmed for the new series earlier this month.
He met his professional skating partner and has already embarked on training ahead of the new series, which returns to ITV in the New Year.
However it's not been going all too well in training.
"I have had quite a few falls in training — I fell on the ice and cracked my head which was pretty scary but luckily I was checked and all OK," he revealed this week.
In an interview with The Sun newspaper, Kem admitted he had been struggling a lot.
“I was really down the first month because I was so behind everyone else," he explained. My trainer said I was the least natural out of everyone on the show this year.
“All the other contestants have been coming down and watching me and saying they are better than me, too.
“But in the last week, I feel I have turned a corner because I have had the training penguin taken away from me and put in the staff room.”
Kem, who won Love Island 2017 with partner Amber Davies, said of signing up for the show this month: "I still can't believe I'm going to be on Dancing on Ice!
"Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I'd be strapping on a pair of skates and dancing in some lycra.
"Anyone who knows me will know how competitive I am, so I'm going to work very hard to stay on my feet! I can't wait to get my skates on."
Other Dancing On Ice celebrities are soap star Brooke Vincent and TV host and singer Cheryl Baker.
Joining them are Great British Bake Off's Candice Brown, X Factor singer Jake Quickenden, Rugby hunk Max Evans, Cricket hero Monty Panesar and ITV Weatherman Alex Beresford.
Actress and TV presenter Donna Air, Coronation Street actor Antony Cototn and athlete Perri Shakes-Drayton are also on the cast.
The brand new series of Dancing On Ice is expected to return to ITV in January, hosted by Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield.
