Olly Murs gets flirty with Jessica Rabbit look-a-like Ivy Paige on The Voice UK tonight.
The Blind Auditions continue in the second instalment of The Voice 2018 on ITV this evening.
Will.i.am, Jennifer Hudson and Sir Tom Jones are back as coaches for this year’s latest series alongside new coach Olly Murs.
Tonight, the fabulous four piece continue on their quest to uncover the best vocal talent that Britain has to offer, with this year’s winner scooping a life changing record contract with Polydor Records.
As always, the first stage is the blind auditions where the contestants must hold their nerve as they sing to the backs of the coaches.
This evening, one acts gets a lot of attention as she sings.
37-year-old Ivy Paige is a Burlesque and Cabaret performer from Kent.
She performs Peggy Lee’s Why Don’t You Do Right and we can reveal Olly is one of the coaches who turns his chair for her.
The pair then get flirty, with Olly saying this week: “She was like Jessica Rabbit.
“I can’t change who I am. There were attractive girls and I was flirting a little bit.”
Fellow coach Will.i.am joked: “If he had all boys on his team, I would be worried, but if there’s a hot female singer, then she’s going to fail because he’ll be distracted!”
“I’m fine. Just because I’m cheeky and flirty, it doesn’t mean I’m not doing my job,” Olly insisted.
The former X Factor finalist explained: “There is obviously some attractive talent, but I have to be strictly professional as a coach.
“I’ve had a bit of a flirt or two on the show, but I can’t change the way I am. If a woman comes on that I find attractive I might give her a compliment, but I would never be unprofessional and date a contestant. It’s the Essex boy in me. You can’t take it out!”
Watch Ivy’s performance, find out who else pushes their button for her and which team she decides to join this evening on ITV.
The Voice UK 2018 airs Saturday night on ITV from 8PM.
