Tonight’s Big Brother spoilers as Paul loses his cool over shopping task

Paul clashes with his fellow Big Brother housemates in tonight’s latest episode – spoilers follow!

This evening’s highlights (23 October) sees Big Brother gather the housemates for their latest shopping task.

The house has been transformed into an ant kingdom, where housemates, affectionately dubbed ‘Ten-Ants’ under the watchful eye of ‘Bug’ Brother, have embraced their inner ants. They’ve been divided into two colonies, set to engage in three thrilling challenges. The colony that emerges victorious in the majority of these challenges will gain control of the all-important shopping budget.

The blue team consists of Paul, Jenkin, Jordan, Trish, Noky, Olivia, and Kerry, while the orange team comprises Henry, Matty, Tom, Dylan, Hallie, Chanelle, and Yinrun.

Each team has the responsibility of selecting a ‘Queen Ant,’ with Noky and Chanelle proudly stepping into this regal role, occupying their respective thrones.

During the task, some of the housemates discuss how seriously they should follow the rules.

Noky says: “None of us know what Big Brother can pick as an actual legitimate rule, so it’s best to just do everything as per the instructions and then we’ll see what counts and what doesn’t. That includes guarding the eggs.”

However an unhappy Paul responds: “I agree, I’m just saying that people are being so serious over it. We’re all dressed as ants, can it really be serious? F***ing pathetic.”

Olivia, in agreement with Noky, adds: “Yeah but Paul, no offence dude, but you were in a foul mood this morning… stop moaning like a baby.”

Paul snaps back: “You’re starting over nothing. Everyone’s serious. We’re dressed up as ants. We look like d**kheads, mate, and you’s are all arguing over stupid, petty s**t…

“You’re treating me like I’m some k**bhead, do you think I’m a d**khead?”

The disagreement with Olivia and Noky sees Paul leave the conversation.

He later says to Tom and Jenkin, “I’ll be honest, I’m usually quite a good judge of character and I usually know what people are like when I first meet them, I do. And this is the thing, you know when Olivia came in and then she sat there with Noky on the floor taking the piss out of me and I thought, I just looked at her and thought, are you f***ing for real, like seriously?

“Like is this really, like that to me questions… if they’re genuine or not… it makes me question them as a person….”
