The Voice Kids finalists have been confirmed after this weekends semi-final – recap all the results and performances here.
The Voice Kids UK 2019 continued tonight (Saturday, July 20) with the penultimate stage of the competition.
Coaches Will.i.am, Pixie Lott, Jessie J and Danny Jones were back in their spinning red chairs with tough choices to make.
Each coach started the evening with three acts and by the end of the night they had to select one finalist each.
Danny chose Sam Wilkinson, Pixie backed Gracie-Jayne Fitzgerald, Jessie J selected Keira Laver and Will went with Lil Shan Shan.
These four finalists will be performing in the live final where the public will ultimately choose the winner. The prize is now within touching distance…a £30,000 bursary towards their musical education as well as a family holiday to Orlando courtesy of Universal Studios and Norwegian Air.

Team Pixie
Reigning champion coach Pixie Lott said before the performances: “Team Pixie is the best I’ve ever had.”
Her semi-finalists were Chloe, Liam and Gracie-Jayne.
Choosing Gracie-Jayne for the live shows, Pixie said: “Liam what you can do with your voice is crazy. Chloe, now you’re believing in yourself it’s the most amazing thing to watch. Gracie-Jayne, you’ve come so far. Based on tonight’s performance, I have to go with Gracie-Jayne.”

Chloe

Team Jessie
New kid on the block Jessie J said of her team: “The talent on my team is so good.”
Amaree, Keira and Pheobie were the three Team Jessie semi-finalists.
Choosing Kiera to go through to the live shows, Jessie said: “You know when you got a festival and three of your favourite artists are playing at the same time, that’s what this is like. I take a lot from the beginning to now, the blinds, the battles and I think I have to go with the person who gave the most consistent performance tonight… Keira.”

Keira

Team Danny
Danny Jones said of his team: “I have three ready-made artists good to go.”
They were Conor, Joslyn and Sam.
Choosing Sam for the semi-final, Danny said: “I just don’t know what to do. Every one is so amazingly talented. I asked them to make my decision hard and they’ve done that… I need to go with what I felt was the best performance tonight and that person was Sam.”

Conor

Team Will
will.i.am said of his acts: “My team is fearless. They could kick Dracula’s butt!”
His semi-finalists were Raphael, David & Ammani and Lil Shan Shan.
Will chose Lil Shan Shan for the live final, saying: “Every single one of you reminds me of some young version of myself. It’s like you guys are my kids and I only get to send one to college. My choice is going to be based on responsibility, I’m responsible to put a strong young female through and that’s Shan Shan.”

Raphael

Lil Shan Shan
For her semi-final performance, Lil Shan Shan performed an original rap.
The Voice UK 2019 will conclude next Saturday night on ITV with the live final.
All four of the finalists will sing live with the public voting to choose the winner.
