Survival Of The Fittest continues tonight on ITV2 and one boy is sent home.
On yesterday evening’s show, James got a message: “Boys and Girls, you will be taking part in the next Team Challenge ‘Birds Eye View.’ The teams will compete separately and one member of the losing team will be Replaced.”
The aim of the challenge was to get five golden eggs into their team’s egg holder as quickly as possible. Once each team member – who was blindfolded – had to pick up a golden egg, they needed to navigate their way through a maze and place the egg in a bucket, guided by their team mates.
The team that competed the challenge in the quickest time, won. The Boys finished the task in 22 minutes but the girls were victorious with a time of 17 minutes.
It was girls’ first victory and left the boys in danger. Overnight, viewers have been voting to their favourite in and one of the lads with the least support from the public will be sent home by the girls.
In tonight’s show, the Boys are seen worrying about the impending Replacement which will see them lose a member of their team.
In the Tree House, James says: “To be the first boy to leave would be hard.”
Ryan adds: “We’ve all formed a close bond, we’ve all looked out for each other, we’ve grown closer to each other and now that bond is about to be broken.”
The Boys are all making last ditch attempts to secure their safety by speaking to the Girls.
James and Sam are in the Look Out. James tells her: “If it came down to the Girls deciding, I’d hope they’d keep me just because I do have genuine relationships with all of them.
“If you fight for my corner, then that will help,” he smiles.
“I just hope tonight doesn’t jeopardise me getting to know you…” Sam says before leaning in to kiss James.
Laura enters The Lodge and says that the public have been voting and reveals the three Boys with the least public votes.
The power is put in the Girls hands as they then have to decide who they will Replace and who will be leaving The Lodge tonight.
See who goes when Survival of the Fittest airs tonight at 9.30pm on ITV2
