Strictly Come Dancing bosses are reportedly planning an unusual special show for this year.
Producers are said to be in talks to put on a Harry Potter themed episode.
The Strictly team are apparently hoping to relocate the ballroom to Hogwarts itself – or at least the movie set based at Warner Bros Studios.
The Sun on Sunday newspaper reports that the plan is to feature the cast performing at the iconic location, and dance with props from the movies.
A source shared: “Strictly and Warner Bros have been in top secret talks.
“Hopefully studio reps will agree to allow the celebrities to dance with some of the most iconic props, like Harry’s broom used by Daniel Radcliffe or Hermione’s cloak worn by Emma Watson.”
The insider added: “It’s the first time Strictly will have done a special like this so they are pulling out all of the stops.”
In the past, Strictly has regularly held special shows at the Blackpool Tower Ballroom as well as Wembley Arena.
There are also typically themed weeks including Musicals, Movies and Halloween.
For now, the Strictly line up for 2018 is still being confirmed.
So far, a total of 11 names have been announced.
They include TV presenter and charity campaigner Katie Piper, Radio DJ and TV host Vick Hope, Steps star Faye Tozer and the first ever YouTube vlogger to take to the Strictly ballroom, Joe Sugg.
More confirmed names for the Strictly Come Dancing 2018 line up are England cricketer Graeme Swann, Red Dwarf actor Danny John-Jules and Dr Ranj Singh, TV Doctor on This Morning.
Also announced are BBC Three documentary maker Stacey Dooley, Pussycat Dolls singer Ashley Roberts, BBC News journalist Kate Silverton and comic Seann Walsh.
More names will be confirmed from Monday, August 19.
Strictly Come Dancing starts at the beginning of September on BBC One.
