Here’s all about the Seven Year Switch couples and spoilers from Channel 4’s new series.

Every year thousands of people fall in love and get married. However, after years of being together, even the strongest of couples can find themselves at a crossroads in their relationship, forcing them to make the toughest of decisions – whether to stay or go.

In a life changing, high-stakes experiment, Seven Year Switch sees four brave couples take a radical step to save their failing relationships by switching partners. They will live as husband and wife to reveal if time spent in a new relationship can help save a doomed one.

Each couple will also undergo a series of exercises, which will force them to confront the truth about themselves and their broken relationships.

Guiding them through the process, relationship therapist Lee Valls and relationship coach Vena Ramphal will take the switched couples on a journey of self-discovery, as they navigate the often harsh realities of their relationships at home.

At the end of the experiment, each of the couples will face the decision of a lifetime – do they want to stay together or is it time to call it a day?
