Diversity 'in talks to return to Britain's Got Talent 10 years after their audition'

Diversity,

Diversity are in talks to return to Britain's Got Talent a decade after their audition.

Dance group Diversity rose to fame on Britain's Got Talent in 2009.

They won the series, beating favourite Susan Boyle in the most watched episode of BGT to date.

Now the group's Jordan Banjo has said he hopes they will return to this year's live shows.

He told The Sun newspaper: "The live shows are coming round and it would be wicked to go back and perform.

"It's weird to think it was ten years ago that we were on BGT. I can't imagine not doing what we're doing now, but it also feels like that night was a few months ago."

Jordan added: "It's all been such a whirlwind but I can't imagine life any other way."

The news follows Susan Boyle making a comeback on the show last week, ahead of the release of a new album.

The singer will return to the spotlight with a brand new record, aptly titled Ten.

It'll feature some of Susan's biggest performances - including original BGT audition I Dreamed A Dream and Wild Horses - plus four new songs.

Susan recently returned to Got Talent after entering America’s Got Talent: The Champions, an ‘all-stars’ edition of the US version, featuring some of the format’s most successful acts from around the globe.

In last week's episode, the Scottish star took to the stage at the London Palladium during auditions for the current series of Britain's Got Talent.

In a performance which played out last Saturday night (Saturday, April 13), she again sang Les Misérables classic ‘I Dreamed a Dream’, mirroring her own try-out from 2009.

The current series of Britain's Got Talent continues Saturday nights on ITV.

Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams make up this year's panel while Ant and Dec host the series.

Meanwhile, there are rumours Britain's Got Talent may get its own all star series later this year.
