RATINGS! Come Home, Emmerdale, Holby City, EastEnders viewing figures

Here’s a round up of the latest UK TV ratings for last night’s (April 11) shows.

On ITV, Emmerdale was the most watched show of the day with 5.7 million viewers.


The soap clashed with EastEnders, which was down to 4.2 million against its rival, 1.7 million below last week.

Holby City followed on BBC One with 3.6 million, 500,000 below last Tuesday,

At 9PM, new drama Come Home concluded with a solid 3.2 million viewers. Christopher Eccleston starred in the three parter, from the makers of Happy Valley, Ordinary Lies and Trust Me, created and written by Danny Brocklehurst. The series began with 3.5 million viewers and interested 3.1 million last week.

Back over on ITV, Davina McCall returned with a new series of This Time Next Year watched by 2.7 million viewers.

After, new celebrity series Last Laugh in Vegas dropped to 1.7 million viewers from week’s opening figure of 2.2 million.


Elsewhere, Class of Mum and Dad on Channel 4 averaged a million viewers as did Channel 5’s latest episode of Springtime on the Farm.

On BBC Two, Hospital’s third instalment had 1.9 million viewers.
