BBC One continued to dominate the weekend's schedules last night, pulling in big numbers for all of its shows.
Starting the evening, Strictly Come Dancing results averaged 10.5 million viewers. The pre-recorded episode between 7:15PM and 8PM was down 300,000 on last weekend's Sunday night high from the Blackpool special.
The latest Strictly Come Dancing results last night saw viewing figures peak with over 11.9 million watching.
Strictly was the most watched show of the night, just taking the lead from Blue Planet 2 which had 10.4 million viewers. The fifth of seven episodes was down around 300,000 viewers on last weekend's number, as the Sir David Attenborough narrated doc looked at life of everything from octopuses to otters.
Over on ITV, with an average audience of 4.6 million tuning between 7:30PM and 9PM on ITV last night, The X Factor was down slightly (200,000 viewers) week-on-week.
A peak of 6 million viewers were watching as two acts got the boot and Ed Sheeran performed.
Despite the week-on-week decline, the show was perhaps surprisingly up on Saturday night's number of 4.3 million even with the full on clash against Strictly and Blue Planet.
At 9PM, I'm A Celebrity continued with 8.4 million viewers on ITV, a decline of almost 2 million viewers from last Sunday night's launch.
Elsewhere, earlier in the evening the Celebrity Chase had 3.1 million viewers on ITV against 6.9 million for Countryfile on BBC One.
