Love Island contestant Kem Cetinay is hoping to become as big as Ant and Dec.
The wannabe rapper, who won Love Island earlier this year with girlfriend Amber Davies, has agreed a big new management deal.
The Sun reports that Kem has signed up to the same team as Ant and Dec, and is hoping to launch a presenting career.
“It secures his time on telly for a long time,” a source said of the deal. “He bumped into Dec at the management’s offices and he was saying how he and Ant loved Love Island and they were texting each other throughout the series.”
The insider added: “Dec told him he should be himself, not change, keep doing what he’s doing because people love him. Kem was really overwhelmed.”
Alongside Ant and Dec, Kem’s new management team boasts the likes of Emma Willis, Holly Willoughby and Phil Schofield on its books.
“He’s definitely in the best place,” the source added.
While he may have some way to go until he’s rivalling Ant and Dec, Kem’s already booked his next TV gig on the new series of Dancing On Ice.
“I still can’t believe I’m going to be on Dancing on Ice!” Kem announced this month. “Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I’d be strapping on a pair of skates and dancing in some lycra.
“Anyone who knows me will know how competitive I am, so I’m going to work very hard to stay on my feet! I can’t wait to get my skates on.”
The returning series will air on ITV in the New Year.
