The new series launches tonight on Monday, June 3 at 9PM on ITV2.

And now we know who the Love Island 2019 contestants are.

Ahead of the series premiere, ITV2 has unveiled a brand new line up of twelve hotties who will start the show in the villa from next month.

The girls are outnumbered with 5 ladies to 7 guys but of course we’ve no doubt there will be more Islanders joining in not too distant future.

For now meet the Love Island cast of 2019 in the video above.

They include 23-year-old scientist from Dublin, Ireland Yewande Biala; 21-year-old surfer from Newquay Lucie Donlan; 21-year-old beauty therapist from Newcastle Amber Gill; 26-year-old air hostess / cabin crew manager from Worthing, Sussex Amy Hart; and 28-year-old pharmacist from London Anna Vakili.

The men joining ladies are 24-year-old gym owner from Airdrie, Scotland Anton Danyluk; 20-year-old boxer from Manchester Tommy Fury; 22-year-old catering company owner from South East London Joe Garratt; 27-year-old firefighter from Liverpool Michael Griffiths and 20-year-old chef; semi-pro rugby player from London Sherif Lanre; 28-year-old aircraft engineer from South Wales Callum Macleod, and 23-year-old ballroom and Latin dancer from Shropshire Curtis Pritchard.

Speaking about the new series this week, host Caroline Flack said:” The secret behind Love Island’s success is that it’s a really simple show about a really complicated subject.

“No love situation is ever the same, no relationship is ever the same, we are all either in love, out of love, falling in love or falling out of it. It’s relatable and that is the thing that is never going to change.”

She added: “I’m a viewer first, presenter second but I’m really just a professional viewer.”

Caroline will be back on Monday to introduce us to the fresh batch of sexy singletons all in search of the summer of their lives, with passion, romance and drama from the outset.

The islanders should be braced for a bombshell whenever Caroline drops in – she will be appearing in the villa throughout the series to deliver shock announcements and surprise twists that are guaranteed to test relationships in the islanders’ passion-fuelled paradise to the max.

Love Island starts on ITV2 at 9PM, Monday June 3 and continues nightly.
