Here’s a recap of all the latest Love Island 2018 news, results and spoilers.
So just what happened on Love Island last night?
Unknown to the Islanders, Charlie & Hayley and Alex & Samira were put up for the public vote the previous evening after each of the couples nominated in private.
In Friday evening’s show, host Caroline Flack appeared in the villa to reveal the twist – and the results of the public vote.
With the most votes from viewers to stay in the villa, Alex and Samira were saved meaning it was Charlie and Hayley who left in the Love Island results.
Caroline said: “So Alex and Samira, Charlie and Hayley, your fellow Islanders judged you as the least compatible couples. All of you are now vulnerable but only one couple will leave the villa tonight. The public have been voting for who they want to save.”
It was tense in the villa as the Islanders eagerly await the result.
“The couple with the most votes is staying on the Island. The other couple will be dumped immediately… I can tell you the couple with the most votes who will therefore continue their Love Island journey is… Alex and Samira.”
Straight after, it was revealed two new girls were set to join the Love Island villa on Sunday night.
Ellie and Zara will join the villa in the latest twist at the end of the weekend.
Ellie is a 20-year-old from Newcastle who describes herself as “cute but psycho”.
Zara is a 21-year-old from Essex who says she’s “definitely a catch.”
The ladies will drop in on Sunday night’s latest episode, fresh from the dumping.
Meanwhile, evicted Charlie & Hayley have reacted to their exit and it’s pretty awkward.
Love Island 2018 airs nightly at 9PM on ITV2.
Tonight (Saturday) sees a weekly recap before the next new episode at 9PM on Sunday night.
At 10PM on Saturday, Caroline will host spin-off show After Sun, this week featuring evicted Islanders Charlie and Hayley.
