I’m A Celebrity viewers have been left annoyed after Stanley Johnson was once again ruled out of the latest trial.
To date, the former MP and author has not been able to take part in a single trial voted for by viewers.
Hosts Ant and Dec told us last night that once again Stanley was immune from the latest vote on “medical grounds”.
“Stanley seems to be ruled out of every trial due to medical issues. Why is he even on the show? #ImACeleb,” one viewer complained on Twitter.
Another posted: “Gotta love Stanley, but what’s the point in him being on I’m a Celeb when he’s ruled out of everything on medical grounds??♀️??♀️”
A third added: “What is the point in Stanley doing i’m a celeb?? ruled out of every trial on medical grounds so pointless.”
Stanley hasn’t been the only celeb who has been ruled out of the trials this year.
Rebekah Vardy (Becky) was not able to take part in some of the tasks earlier in the series.
The ‘WAG’ was ruled out of competing in two underwater trials on “medical grounds”.
Her celeb pal and fellow former jungle star Nicola McLean explained: “Becky is allergic to shellfish.
“Obviously they are conscious of campmates’ health, so they allergy test you and I know she has come back allergic to shell fish, so they won’t let her do any fish-based activity.”
She told The Sun newspaper: “It’s such a shame as she would have been brilliant at it.
“I know swimming with fish won’t kill her but it’s all health and safety first.”
Iain Lee will take on tonight’s latest trial.
Tune in to I’m A Celebrity on ITV at 9PM each night for the latest camp action fronted by Ant and Dec.
