I’m A Celebrity 2017 contestants: Favourites revealed as cast is confirmed

Jennie McAlpine is the early favourite to win I’m A Celebrity 2017 this autumn.

ITV today officially confirmed the new line up of celebrities on I’m A Celeb.

The ten celebrities heading into the Jungle for the new series include YouTuber Jack Maynardm Made In Chelsea’s Georgia ‘Toff’ Toffolo and Chelsea and England footballer Dennis Wise.

Joining them are Hollyoaks hunk Jamie Lomas, The Saturdays singer Vanessa White and Boxer Amir Khan.

Also confirmed are Coronation Street actress Jennie McAlpine, Football Wag Rebekah Vardy, Comedian Shappi Khorsandi and Ex MP and father of Boris Johnson, Stanley Johnson.

Coronation Street star Jennie has been all the rage with punters, and the ITV faithful have backed her odds into just 4/1, making McAlpine the joint favourite with Jamie Lomas (4/1).

Jack Maynard sits behind the soapstars as a 6/1 shot, followed by Stanley Johnson, Shappi Khorsandi and Georgia Toffolo who are fancied at 8/1 apiece. Amir Khan remains the outsider of the pack at 16/1.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “Jungle Jennie’s been a hit with punters, and there’s clearly confidence in her ability to bring some fizz into the camp.”

The new series begin on November 19 at 9PM with hosts Ant and Dec.

And straight after you can catch new spin off show Extra Camp on ITV2. This year, the show will be hosted live every night by current Queen of the Jungle Scarlett Moffatt, 2016 runner up and comedian Joel Dommett and Jungle favourite and former King of the Jungle Joe Swash.
