Celebrity Hunted is back on Channel 4 for a new series in 2023 – here’s all you need to know!

The hit Channel 4 show sees cameras trail celebrity duos as they become fugitives and attempt to escape the ‘hunters’, a group of former police and intelligence officers.

Going on the run across the country, the pairs of celebrities have to do their best to avoid being captured for 14 days in order to claim victory.

The brand new series of Celebrity Hunted airs on Tuesday nights. The sixth and final episode airs on 2 May at 9PM.

A teaser for the last instalment shares: “With just 48 hours left till extraction, Bobby Seagull and Saffron Barker have split up and gone solo. Can they do it all alone? Nik and Eva Speakman continue to taunt an increasingly frustrated Hunter HQ – this time with a postcard from the Welsh coast and a spot of stand-up paddleboarding.

“But their route out of Wales as they head for the extraction point is nerve-wracking. Faced with a collapsing timeframe and elaborate networks to infiltrate, HQ use every trick in the book to ascertain the extraction location.

“Tension mounts towards the deadline, with heart-stopping close calls, a motorway pursuit and a desperate foot race as this year’s Celebrity Hunted ends on an adrenaline-fuelled high.”

The latest series will see ten brand new famous faces go on the run:

Comedians Ed Gamble and James Acaster.

Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Katya Jones and TV personality and former Olympic snowboarder Aimee Fuller.

Husband and wife Life-change experts Nik and Eva Speakman.

Social media star Saffron Barker and TV Mathematician Bobby Seagull.

Broadcaster and actress Nicola Thorp and actor Nikesh Patel .

The celebrities will be taking part for Stand Up To Cancer, the joint national fundraising campaign from Cancer Research UK and Channel 4.

Alongside the Celebrity series there’s also the show’s main Hunted series which sees members of the public take part. The format is the same but those that successfully escape will share a cash prize.
