Caitlyn Jenner has supposedly agreed a £500,000 deal to join the I’m A Celebrity line up this autumn.
The reality star, most famous for her appearances in Keeping Up with the Kardashians and I Am Cait, will apparently fly to Australia next week.
According to The Sun newspaper, Caitlyn – who recently opened up about her life on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories – has scooped one of the biggest fees in the show’s history.
It’s not the first time she’s been rumoured for the series but insiders claim that this year “the time was right”.
A source shared: “She’s such a huge name and a great get for producers.
“ITV think she is one of their best ever signings. It’s a real bolt from the blue. They’ve asked her every year for a long time, but she finally felt the time was right.”
I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of here will launch later this month on ITV.
Others rumoured to be taking part on this year’s series include Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway, Rugby star James Haskell and singer Myles Stephenson of X Factor winning boy group Rak-Su.
Joining them in the camp could be Ex-Eastenders actress Jacqueline Jossa, Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle and Capital FM host Roman Kemp and TV personality Ulrika Jonsson.
However as yet ITV have not officially confirmed any names.
But they have announced the new series start date for I’m A Celebrity this year, with the 2019 show launching at 9PM on Sunday, November 17.
2019 will see Ant and Dec reunite as hosts on the main show after Ant stepped down last year, replaced by Holly Willoughby.
Meanwhile on ITV2 spin-off Extra Camp, former I’m A Celebrity campers Adam Thomas and Emily Atack will be taking over, joining returning Joel Dommett.
I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here will air on ITV and online via the ITV Hub.
